Why am I not losing weight?!

Question: Why am I not losing weight?
im a girl. I am 5'4 and 150

I eat maybe 400-800 calories a day. healthy food too! Every once in a while, yes, I admit I eat chocolate but not EXCESSIVE amounts.

today I ate oatmeal, about 90 oz of water, lots of carrotts, a hot pocket and some popcorn for dinner.

then I worked out for about 1 1/2 hours. Running, and weights then I did a 8 minute way hard intense workout.

This is basically what I do everday. Days I don't workout, i eat less. soo

WHY CAN'T I LOOSE MY BELLY FAT!

Answers:

You need to eat more to get your metabolism going try eat 1200 calories a day but of fruits vegetables and fish chicken turkey or tuna and keep working out start eating 5 to 6 meals 200 to 250 calories and the weight should start coming off in a few weeks avoid hot pockets there not really good for you and eat things with less than 5 grams of sugar to lose that belly

My diet I'm 5'9 and 135

Hot pockets are the food of champions, I just don't get it ? but maybe..... Your overdoing it! And not eating enough calories as well, or not enough protein. The chocolate is fine, but switch to dark if your not already, it's healthier. But your over working yourself, throwing your system into trying to figure out how to keep up with this daily assault, instead of tunning it into being healthy. Keep your work outs under an hour, no more then 5 days a week, eat the same as you would the days your work out verses not, let your body get aligned with the program. It's a very complex system, but it's easy to give it what it needs, to reach your goals, you just have to be sensible about it.

How long have you been doing this for?

And what is your actual calorie range? 400-800 is a broad stroke. What fluids are you consuming other than water? Condiments used?

Break down your workout a bit more as well.

EDIT
First realize that 3 weeks is not a significant amount of time to lose any weight when dieting. Also, midsection, hips and thighs are the last place we tend to lose weight. 800 calories is plenty low on a diet, going lower can bring in a host of conditions that may actually reduce your ability to keep weight off later.

If you are not losing weight at 800 calories a day and consistent exercise over the next 4-5 weeks, I would strongly recommend you visit your doctor.

If you have belly fat, try crunches,

apart from this you can try playing basket ball.. wil help you losing weight .. or play any other game you like..
