Question: Best way to lose weight fast!!?
I know its alot but I wanna lose like 100 pounds by June 1st.. What are the best ways and I need good tips..Best gets 10 points..Thanks..

gotta get that summer bod! I am so glad I don't have 100 pounds to loose BUT- my very first tip to you would be ..... DON'T GIVE UP!

for real. You're oging to be doing this for a while, you are entering a new life style. Work hard, and stay focused. Don't give in to junk food. Because remember how freaking CRAPPY you feel after you eat it.

Eat about 5 SMALL meals a day. You should try to stay under 1200 calories. 1000 to loose weight.

Cardio workouts are going to give you the fastest results because you're going to be shedding fat, not building too much muscle. So bas your workouts 90 percent cardio. Running- oh running, will do wonders. If a tread mill scares you, then run outside. For real don't be afraid of people that will see you because its only going to remind them to workout, and they will be happy they saw you. Plus by the time you're working out anyway you wont give a crap what other people think you'll be too focused!

90/10 - diet. This means 90 percent health food, 10 percent room to enjoy junk food. This would basically be eating strictly healthy every week day, but letting yourself eat dessert on like sunday, maybe. Try to cut out junk out all the way though. I know you can do it.

just stay determined. Also- YOUTUBE has great workout that you can follow. Short, intense workouts are GREAT for shedding pounds, and making you feel good!

1) eat only vegetarian foods.
It is amazing how much fewer calories they have.

2) Try taking some water tablets to help you lose any water retention (The first few pounds will be water retention. I used HRI Water balance tablets.

3) My diet for a few months was:

7.30 AM: Breakfast: 1 cup of tea (with 1 demerera sugar) + 1 cigarette

Lunch: 1pm - 1 peanut butter sandwich, (2 slices white bread, little butter.) sometimes with a sliced banana in it and a pack of crisps (Usualy cheesy wotsits / cheese puffs) Eaten slowly

The peanut butter releases slow carbs and protein, so you don't feel hungry.

5.30pm - a cup of tea (1 sugar) and a kit-kat (120cal chocolate biscuit)

7.30pm Supper time. Usually a bowl of pasta or soup, some garlic bread.
Fridays = Pizza pig out night.

I drink water or squash throughout the day.

I started at 184lbs, after 3 months, I lost 42lbs.
Stuck to it, gradually losing more and more.

When I go out I don't drink beer anymore, usually southern comfort with diet lemonade or bacardi and light coke.

Also, I walk my friend's dog for 30mins to an hour in the evening at a brisk pace, and I played on the nintendo Wii a lot. Apart from tha, I have a desk job with no exercise.

Was hard at first, but I rewarded myself weekly with a binge of pizza and drinking.


I am happy with my weight now, even if some people may thnk I am still a little overweight. I am just so happy to be the shape I have become. (and the money I saved on FOOD!!

Oh, and don't tell people you're on a diet, they freak out and try to stop you. Just say you are bored of your usual foods and trying something new.

If you have a bad day, eat a small bag of malteasers with your afternoon tea. You can't stop eating things you like, but save it for an evening meal. And keep a diary of what you ate each day.

your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

There is no best way. Losing weight the best way is what works for you. Losing 100 ponds by June might not be the safe way to go. However, gradually loss is best. You have to discover what is best for you. I would suggest changing your eating habits and exercise. A good diet is a first step. Find a good one, then consider a good workout program as well. The good news it is possible. I lose 50lbs in a month. The most important thing you need now is the mind, soul and body must act together in order to achieve this dream.

I have came across a good blog that show you the steps you need to take and the diet plan like juicing to help you slim down faster and later build up muscle to burns more fats faster.

100 pounds in 3 months? Possible but hard. I would do a 5 meal a day plan so you are consuming less calories but enough to get you through the day. And I would also either do P90X or insanity keeping that 5 meal a day plan or the nutrition plan that comes with either P90X or Insanity.



Get up early...make egg whites and big nice glass of milk then water. Go for a 30-2 hr run every morning. Eat less high in fat products. Eat veggies, fish, etc. Stretch and jog instead of walking. In your living room do jump-jacks. While watching T.V. when the commercial comes on do a lil Jumping-jacks, or jogging in place or sit-ups. Park you're car farthest away possible from in the parking lot. Drink water. Get enough sleep!
