I need to loose 4kgs in 1 month?!


Question: I need to loose 4kgs in 1 month?
I am 58kgs and i need to loose 4kgs in month because im going to America soon and im going to do a alot of shopping there! :)
I dont want to exercise becuase i dont have the time! And i dont really like eating veggies but i can try and I very much Do Not like Fish!!
Really hope you can help! :)

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which

exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food

your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).



Well the best way as mentioned is the healthy way. But you should try 3 small meals with snacks in between. No eating after 8pm. No sweets, No fast food!
Include fiber,fruits and veggies. No Sodas! I dont like veggies either so what I do is eat a small portion and with some I put a lil fat free ranch (which is not bad) Water and exercise is the key to weight loss so if u cant fit exercise into your schedule try taking longer walks to places you have to go or do 30 mins of running in place where ever you may be. 30 mins a day is better than nothing.

I have done this for 3 wks now and have lost 6 lbs.



if you're not willing to eat vegetables, losing 4 kg will not be easy. eating fresh, whole foods coupled with exercise will help you lose the weight. if you stick to processed foods, pasta, breads, and red meat, you won't lose weight easily.



That's a lot to lose but I think that can be achieve but you'll have to extremely cut off your diet which is risky. Plan this very well. There's a lot of information to find here.

Well the only way is to eat healthy foods such as fruit or grains, and you have to exercise or you can start a aimple exercise routine in the morning, afternoon, and night. :)



Do not eat as much. Go running. Do not eat.



Eat healthy. More exercise.
