How long do you think it will take me to get a body like this (Pic)?!

Question: How long do you think it will take me to get a body like this (Pic)?
I'm going on a diet tomorrow (around 1000 calories. All veggie, fruit, and lean protein) and committing to 1 hour of walking/jogging every day and 20 minutes of interval training every day.

This is what my body looks like now: http://i54.tinypic.com/a5hier.jpg

How long do you think it would take for me to get a body like this: http://oi55.tinypic.com/219wj2f.jpg

Thanks :)

your body already looks good!
your plan sounds good, the only thing you should change is your calories... (if you're over 5 ft tall). because if you eat only 1000 calories, and exercise that much, you could actually hold on to the weight more than if you ate 1200 cals.
And if you keep this plan up, you could get to your ideal body in under 4 months.

that diet seems a little drastic. I don't mean to sound creepy but your boobs will shrink if you go on a diet like that. That happened to all of my friends. Go to mypyramid.com, go to new user registration, go to asses your food intake, plug in an approximate amount of everything you eat in one day (not on that diet just regular food that you would eat on a normal day) and go from there. Instead of a whole 1000 maybe only cut out 400. You've got too cute of a body too mess it up.

Good luck!!

If you are looking for easy diet way, you can use my way. I lost 9 pounds in 30 days. If you are very serious about diet you should have a look this way. It is easy if you know correct information to do diet. You can get more information from link below.

1000 calories is alot

You're wasting your time, you are already at the perfect weight.

Erm, please stay as you are. You look awesome :)

You look very good =]. I don't think you need to go on a diet.

honestly, just by seeing so little and without seeing you, no one can answer that?

the person in the pic looks a little chubby to me, maybe around 20%+ body fat.

this >>> http://healthinmotion.files.wordpress.co… is more appealing... and no doubt took the owner a fairly long time to achieve, through a carefully planned diet and challenging exercise routine.

by doing just cardio will only use up your energy stores which you should also be using to lift weights. to get a better looking body one has to maintain a certain amount of lean mass whilst aiming to lower their body fat reserves, which can only be done by lifting a challenging amount of weight, several times per week, and over a fairly long period of time, ie 3-6 months.

you are on the right track by reducing your calories, but do you know how many you were on originally? reducing them to 1000 a day my be too many too soon, so you will see some initial rapid weight loss but after three or four weeks you'll more than likely stop losing weight and then you'll either do two things, give up or eat more again and gain the weight back... whereas if your base amount of calories was say 1600-1800 per day, reducing that amount by around 15-20% and eating around 1300 per day (I know that's seemingly a very small amount) then you would lose weight very gradually, which will tend to allow you to store less fat (and it wont come back as fast if you slip up with your diet).
