How does this look? too much food? or good?!

Question: How does this look? too much food? or good?
Hey :) I'm 14, 5'5", 176 lbs, and a girl hehe. Im trying to lose a little weight, but mostly get healthy.

Sooo, if I burn 200 calories today by working out on EA Active, and cycling, is this an alright amount to eat?

6 A.M. (pre-workout)
1 C. Skim Milk
1 C. Blueberries

8 A.M.
1 egg
3 whites
2 tbsp partly skim shredded mozza
1 C. milk

10 A.M.
Cheese String

12 P.M.
1 slice whole grain bread
1 cheese slice
1 tbsp mayo
(tons of veggies, lettuce, cucumber, green pepper onion, etc.)

4 p.m.
4 oz chicken breast

8 P.M. (In the city, because I'm going to a theatre school meeting)
1 grilled chicken snack wrap w/o cheese
1 side salad
1 pkg Raspberry vinaigrette

Everyone said less carbs and more protein/fat, so I did a 35/35/30 C/P/F Ratio.
And I'm trying to do the eating 5 small meals thing to boost my metabolism?

Thanks for your help!

Answers:

Looks like your diet plan is high in protein which helps you build muscles. Two good move in one. But What I really want to focus is on the 12pm and 8pm which I know is your dinner and lunch. I suggest removing mayo because mayo consist of egg yolk and oil. Which is both the worst combination of food. Try replacing it . 1 slice of whole grain bread won't fill you up on lunch , take two and at least add a slice of ham / chicken / beef with that cheese slice. Don't worry of the meat as meat is another great source of protein. Now onto your dinner, 1 grilled chicken snack wrap isn't enough. Take more to fill it up. Food is one of your NEEDS in life. I'm understanding that you take smaller portion but more meals which is a good thing. And 1 pkg of Raspberry vinaigrette !? Don't buy a package. It isn't good for you as you don't even know what is included in it.Don't take any dressing with your salad is the best way to eat your salad healthily and deliciously. Or you can simple make it your own is the best way. All you need is

Fresh raspberries
Glass bottle
Wooden spoon
Vinegar
Virgin olive oil
Italian seasoning mix
Sugar
Basil
Marjoram
Rosemary
Oregano
Sage
Black pepper

Wow good one.
But keep in mind drink water lot and also add more vegetables to your diet. Also avoid meat and chicken portion or keep it at minimum level.
