why cant i loose weight ?!


Question: Why cant i loose weight ?
I am 140 lbs, and 5"10 I want to loose 7lbs
I eat only one small piece of fruit for breakfast
for lunch i eat small amount of white meat with salad
and dinner i eat small salad or small piece of fruit
and any snacks are fruit.
i only drink water
i do an hour on wii sports, a muscle building exercise for an hour and a half hour of walking every other day.

why cant i loose weight ?

Maybe that's just the way you're meant to be. I weigh the same as you but I'm shorter and I'm still in the 'normal/healthy' category. Perhaps you should accept the way you are because you sound pretty skinny to me anyway.



I really hate to say it but the problem might be that you are eating too little. If you don't eat enough your body will store more fat to keep safe because it thinks you are starving it. Try eating a Bigger breakfast so your metabolism can get a kick start in the morning.



Firstly, is your fat turn to muscle as muscle is heavier than fat. Next. you diet seem funny, look at the standard diet in the below link and see how difference is it from yours. Those are diet plan which was proven successful.

you are toning, which means you are converting fat pounds into muscle pounds. since muscle is denser than fat, your weight will remain similar but you will look better.

to be honest, 140 is a healthy weight for 5' 10"
