Question: My stomach sticks out a mile everytime I eat. ?
I wake up in the morning with a perfectly flat stomach.
Then as soon as I eat or drink anything e.g an apple and 1 glass of juice all of the sudden my stomach sticks out, like from inside. It is really noticeable in shirts, and it looks like its fat when its not.
I'm not bloated, I feel fine, I don't eat big portions ever, I don't drink carbonated drinks and I've tried the whole activia yoghurt help with digestion etc and well nothing works.
what can i do to stop this ?

the same thing happens to many people, including me. Foods like apples, peaches, pears, and especially dairy cause these things. There isn't much that you can do about it unless you go to the doctor. They have medications for it. Try drinking more water and after meals, try drinking green tea. It soothes digestion especially if you ate something heavy. Acidic foods like pineapple, lemon juice, etc also help to fight bloating. Chew your foods slowly to prevent air from being shallowed and if you chew gum, you should do the same thing because gum can also cause bloating. I find that losing weight and exercising can really help with the problem as well. try to stay away from dairy in the morning. your body needs something that can be easily digested when you wake up. Oatmeal or toast is perfect for bloating. and eating small meals more often helps a lot -good luck
