fat burning cardio workout!?!


Question: Fat burning cardio workout!?
I would like someone to put together a cardio workout routine I can do daily at the gym for maximum weight loss! I need what machine, and time spent on it. I am 5ft6 and 130lbs. I have a little belly fat i want to get rid of. I already do strength training with my abdominals, arms, and legs. I know that muscle weighs more than fat but I just need to get rid of this pudgy!

id recommend doing a high intensity workout dvd , such as clubland or pump it up etc, they show good results if done on a daily basis, they are about an hour long but you can select which parts you want to do



Treadmill.
i know it sounds simple but it burns the most fat.
and keep in mind that when you are not sweating you are burning calories but when you are sweating you burn fat, which would be best.
