Why do I burn different calories for the same work out?!

Question: Why do I burn different calories for the same work out?
I did the same work out on the same treadmill today and yesterday but the calories burned were different by about 10 calories...why is that. I really didn't change a thing,

Answers:

Unless you're actually using a heart rate monitor the calories burned is only an estimate. The exercise equipment tends to go off track

It is far from accurate. The exercise machines estimate. If you enter your weight, age, height, body fat into the equation it is more accurate but it is still an estimate. Also if your holding the heart rate monitors the whole time it is more accurate but still, an estimate.

I am signed for and maintain all the gym equiptment at the US Army Combaitves fight house.
