can i throw up instead of excercising?!

Question: Can i throw up instead of excercising?
Answers:

Sure. it's called Bulimia (i think i spelled it right)
you better look it up.
So instead of exercising, you will be vomiting. And you can chew your food and just spit it out.
but, if you throw up on a constant basis, there are some REALLLY bad results.
your teeth will lose their enamel and rot due to the acid coming from your stomach. your esophagus will also become worn by the acid, and you could develop cancer there. Your body will basically begin eating itself from the inside out, soooo,,, you will definitely lose weight. not to mention, you will lose muscle, bone, and nutrients that your body needs to function.
So, you will be skinny and half dead. Pretty soon, you will feel so awful, you won't smile anymore, and you will know you have a problem and then you will not know how to keep food down, b/c your body has become used to vomiting.
But, if you exercise, you will create "endorphins" that make you feel happy :D. You will build muscle that will burn fat even when you aren't working out! Your body will love you and your bones will grow stronger! Your skin will be healthy and pretty. So, honey, turn that frown the other way around. Take responsibility for yourself and love yourself. Stop hatin' on yourself.

just life, ya know.

Not really the best idea.
You lose nutrients and lose the feeling of needing to eat or overeating and losing it when throwing up
and the thing is, once you start throwing up, you can't stop it, it's like a drug to keep going until you land up in the hospital and I heard that you can smell bad if you keep throwing up
And throwing up too much and not gaining enough fat can cause permanent damage to your brain and muscles
I would be more cautious of what is being eaten rather than throwing up, and I'm a bigger fan of diet pills but you have to keep up with your nutrition more

Health class, and I know people

To lose weight? Yes, you could. However, bulimia itself is a serious health issue which can cause a plethora of other problems for you including diarrhea, constipation, intestinal damage, esophagus damage, tooth damage, stomach ulcers, mouth sores, hormonal imbalance, fatigue, and more often than not, depression.
Exercising is not difficult and can be fun, whereas jamming your fingers down your throat after every meal is hardly my idea of a good time. Take a kick boxing or dance-type exercise class instead and watch what you eat.

One is healthy. One is absolutely not.

If you really don't want to exercise, then you can do it through diet alone. After all, it is much easier to consume 500 fewer calories than it is to eat them and work them back off. I ate well, stuck to about 1300-1600 calories per day and was able to lose 90 lbs. I added some walking but not enough to burn sufficient calories to lead to any weight loss (total of 100-200 calories burnt while walking)

No! You won't lose any weight. You only throw up about seven percent of what you ate, even if you throw up immediately after your meal.

Answer mine?

you can but you really shouldn't excessing is healthy. throwing up is unhealthy and gross and can lead to life threatening health conditions.
