my pop belly will still not go away..whats wrong,is it too much drinking causing it.

Answers:

You're doing it all wrong. You want to do the exact opposite. Eat 5-6 small meals per day. This revs up your metabolism, keeps blood sugar levels stable, and helps you retain the most muscle mass (the more muscle you have, the easier it will be to lose fat). If you go long periods without eating your body will start eating your muscles so it can get the protein it needs for more vital functions.

Also try and cut out the biscuits, refined carbs are not good for fat loss.

If it's not working you must cut out everything that is bad for you. Biscuits are very bad, often containing lots of sugar and calories. Tea is very sugary also, have you tried drinking water? You probably need to refresh your system.

Often big bellies are caused by bloating, which is caused by not going to the toilet often enough. Apparantly you should go at least once a day and to do this you need a diet high in nutrients and fibre.

Water&Lots of fruit is good for a diet as fruit contains barely any calories and flushes out your system, and is of course, good for you! Veg is very good but if overcooked all the nutrients are took out of it.

What time are you eating this meal? Eating big meals after 7pm is not recommended as it is harder to digest while you a sleeping and you gain calories as you are not moving around when sleeping.

Sometimes people need to excercise as part of the diet, you may need to do some small excercises, and you can try this at home, just some dancing or star jumps, push ups and stomach crunches.

Hope this helped.

It is a natural part of some people's aging process, just as some people get bald, it has nothing to do with what you eat.

Some people have it, others don't.

You can learn to hold it in, to the point it becomes second nature to you, and at the same time, you are controlling the muscles in that area too, which will help keep it tone.

You can't just go on a diet and expect miracles. Youi've got to get yourself out there and exercise, cardio, like treadmill or cycling. This is the best way to lose your pot belly but also avoid snacking after doing these exercises and just stick to water. Stay away from fatty food!!

if you want to lose weight, you have to cut back on the alcohol.
