Question: I'm 18, 5'6 and 132 lbs and I want to lose 12 pounds. How long would that take?
I really wanna get into shape for summer and get thinner legs, butt, and flatter abs. Will losing 12 pounds make a noticable difference? I don't want a fad diet either, I want to lose the weight and keep it off. Being only 18, would the weight come off faster? help! thanks!

You really dont need to lose just tone out cardio! Cardio! Jumping rope boxing investing in a speed bag or standing speed bag is worth it try everlast.com or boxing depot.com But what ever you do have to high intensity cardio and eat right (lay off the junk food) third off all if you want you need to make a ab execise you should work adifrrent muscle group every other day cardio you can do daily if you want but atleast three times a week theres a standing speed bag for 24bucks at boxingdepot.com this is my secoud one these are good for toning arms your core as for hips and but you should try pilattes get on youtube its really good for but thighs and stomach follow thru you will see a huge just within -three weeks the weight will stay off consistency &persistence is key
