Question: How to gain some weight....?
Okay so I need help gaining weight!

Here's my story;
Back in late '09 and the start of '10 I was 5'2 , 125lbs. My parents found out my secret of me being gay and made my life so depressing that I lost 25lbs. So I'm 17 , 5'2 , 100lbs.
Back in '09 i was almost at a D (bra size) and now im barely pushing a C (almost a B) smh;

- I eat 3 times a day, not including snacks.
I'm Puerto Rican so I try and eat some pretty GAIN Weighting meals.
PLEASE i need help!

eat meat! and excersize! dont listen to the people who are saying not to excersize because then your body fat percentage will go up. you dont want that. eat alot of meat and workout! drink alot of water also.

My fiance is suffering from Chrons and IBS and has episodes where her weight falls dangerously low. During these times she actually drinks slim fast along with her daily meals. They give her the extra calories without her having to force more food down.

Though don't take my word as law, I'm just speaking from a third party perspective here.



Drink ensure milk
Lay on the couch and watch tv for about 3 hours while eating a carton full of ice cream
Start buying chips everyday


WARNING: ALL THE THINGS THAT U EAT TURNS INTO ENERGY BUT AS U GET OLDER THE MORE U EAT THE FOOD THEN TURNS INTO FAT CELLS AND MAKES U GAIN WEIGHT. U MAY REGRET DOING THIS



you need to consume more calories everyday, and if you choose the right exerises you can build a bit of muscle which will make you gain weight too:)



buy an xbox 360, the rest happens naturally.

having an xbox for 5 years



Don't exercise.



eat lots more then u usally eat american chinese food dont exercise
