Yeah, that should help a lot. :) I would wait until you shed some weight before starting with the crunches though. You have a layer of fat on top of your abs, and crunches don't burn the fat, cardio does. Once you get rid of that layer of fat you'll actually be able to see your abs, then you can work on strengthening them. :) I would also use a calorie calculator (http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie… this one's my favorite) and find out how many calories you burn in a day, and try to take in 500 calories less than that. 3500 calories=1 pound, so if you take in 500 calories less than you burn every day, you'll lose 1 lb every week. If you want to lose more, just increase your calorie deficiency. Just make sure you stay healthy though, losing too much weight too fast can be bad for you. :/ Good luck!!

I don't think so. Depending on what your diet is like now, you may need to improve it. To lose weight, you need to combine a healthy diet with a substantial exercise routine. Think about doing 40 minutes of cardio a day along with 20 minutes of strength training. You should join a site, such as SparkPeople or Calorie Count. They have exercise and healthy meal plans that may be able to help you.

SparkPeople, Calorie Count, and my own personal awesomeness!

Avoid carbohydrates, and go on proteins.
Running is good but better for you as you are quite heavy is active walks 1 mile and you will drop 100 .kcal. Sit ups not full to not overwhelm your spine unless you lose weight.
Eat natural not processed food, cooked, simple ,not many items mixed at once. Max 3. You can add fibre to you meals. care to go daily on the toilet.

medic

are you a girl or a boy? and how tall are you? If you are a guy that is wayyy to light

No, not if thats all you did. You would have to drastically improve your diet and increase the length of time you ran as you got better.

If you do more and eat better, alot better. then yes! of coarse! thats plenty of time to drop that much weight.

Yeah you could
