Question: Will 1 pint of lager undo my dieting work?
I'm trying to lose 9-10kg and my target is to lose 2.5 kgs (5.5 pounds) in a week. I went on a healthy eating diet, snacking on fruit and veg and decreased my portions 2 days ago and I've already lost 3 pounds. Yesterday, I did a 30-min run on the treadmill, 20 mins on the bike and 20 mins on the rowing machine. Today I don't have time although I'm continuing with the healthy eating. I plan to work out tomorrow however.
Tonight, after work I'd love to have just ONE pint with workmates before heading off home. Will this undo my work?

No, but the only way you'll lose 2.5kgs in a week is if you starve yourself and it'll mostly water weight anyway. Also be aware that due to water retention your weight can change by up to 5lbs in a day, so you should weight yourself once a week and look for a trend in weight loss, not day to day changes.
