in the middle of the night hungry
I only drink fruit juice (like pineapple/orange juice) or vegetable juice (like tomato juice)

Answers:

If you have a habit of getting hungry in the middle of the night, it is one of this scenario

1) You did not take enough food during dinner / early dinner
2) You sleep late and your last meal was hours ago.
3) You are not wearing enough.

If you are in (1) Take some protein food like meat, fishes which require sometime for the food to breakdown, so you will not be hungry later. You can also sleep early.

If you sleep late, your body require extra energy and it is common that you need more food, orange juice and pineapple juice are nice but will be too acidic for your teeth and it tends to burn more fat and make you hungry again. Change to a fiber drink instead or some fruits but not banana (the most is one at night, as it has too must energy which make you hard to sleep)

If you are not wearing enough clothing, your body gets cold and it will burns fats and you will be hungry in no time. Wear a sock to bed, it will warm your system and it is better for health

who gave you this diet??i dont really think that's a good idea.everyone knows the keys to losing weight is to eat less and exercise more.you know sometimes some people confuse thirst with hunger.so you can end up eating extra calories when an ice-cold glass of water is really what you need.Cynthia Sass(a spokeswoman for the American Dietetic Association) says using water is the best way but If you don't like plain water, try adding citrus or a splash of juice, or brew infused teas like mango or peach, which have lots of flavor but no calories.

hope you change your diet

No! 1st, you'll rot your teeth. And juices are loaded with calories. Why not just drink water.

...what are you asking?
