Eating 1 apple every day makes you feel fuller, and makes you eat a little bit less. Try to eat anywhere from 1500 to 2000 calories so you don't get sick.
Also, don't exercise the whole day or you will be aching and won't be able to work out the whole week.
Run for 20 minutes a day to start, and try 50 crunches and situps. Whenever you feel like you can run easy for 20 minutes or do the stomach workouts, try adding 10 minutes and 50 crunches and situps to your workout.
Also, avoid junk food and drink lots of water. :)

If you do not eat dinner and i know this sound kinda rude but poo as much as you can and pee as much as you can and that pound will be gone easily.. also weigh yourself with no clothes on..Our bodies gain and lose 1-2 pounds each day because you will eat your dinner. put up a pound. make a poo.. loose a pound ... if you do excercise all day you will loose more bodily fliuds like sweat and therefore loose more weight.. hope i helped ;)



Yes, exercise would definitely help, also make sure to drink lots of water all day long, and use the bathroom alot. Eat lots of vegetables and eat 4 or 5 small meals.
