eat 4 to 5 small meals a day ones that are about the size of your fist, eat no more than 50 carbs a day, eat a lot of protein, then do about 30min of cardio a day, if you lift, lift light weight and do high reps, this will build more defined muscles. i lost 30 lbs in about 2 months so it works, just takes some dedication, but you will feel great if you can do it
