I need to lose my muffin top! D: can anyone help?!


Question: I need to lose my muffin top! D: can anyone help?
okay, i just CAN NOT get rid of this stupid muffin top i have.. i do sit up and crunches everyday, does anyone have any other good ways to lose it? THANK YOU ! :DDD

Then the reason might come from your diet. Do you eat healthy? Try to eat a little healthier, and if you have been eating healthy try to cut down in how much you eat. Sit ups and crunches don't burn fat, they just strengthen your muscle. To get rid of the layer of fat on top of your abs, you have to do cardio (running, skipping, walking, etc). Once you get rid of that layer of fat, you'll be able to see your abs. :) Then you can do crunches and stuff if you want to tone them more. Good luck!



it's actually a misconception that strengthening the muscles of the area where you want to lose weight will make the weight disappear. It doesn't hurt anything, but it won't make the fat go away.

Instead, try changing your diet, doing more aerobic exercises, such as swimming, or walking/jogging (whatever you prefer). Just do aerobic (getting your heart rate up there and keeping it there) and burn more calories (energy) than you eat.



Are you sure you are doing the sit ups and crunches properly? And how many do you do? Have you made changes in what you eat? Eat fruit and veggies, raw. Not fruit from the can with syrup or veggies cooked or slathered in dressing. Drink water. No carbonated drinks. Also add running or walking to your sit ups and crunches.



loose weight ? haha , if you need help with that , you can always drink more water , eat less sweets and RUN . running is so important in loosing your muffin top and all that stuff . also , maybe just buy bigger pants .. ? good luck (:



sit ups and crunches unfortunately actually do not help to lose stomach fat, as they work only to help develop muscle. i recommend doing cardio exercises that involve movement of the stomach.



wear bigger trousers, your jeans are cutting into you creating the muffin top, it take ages to work it off so that's the quickest Solution.
