Building muscle on a tall, skinny figure?!

Question: Building muscle on a tall, skinny figure?
Hi.

I've been working out for a month now, I'm only 17. I eat protein filled foods and use protein powder to fill in any gaps after workouts.

I'm 6"1 and I'm pretty skinny.

My arms have expanded in size, but the definition isn't very visible yet. Just wider is all.

I know it takes a hell of a lot of hard work and time to build nice muscles, but I feel like it's coming slower for me because my body is naturally skinny.

I'm trying to NOT be skinny, though.

I'm a tall skinny guy. You say "toothpick", I say "yes?"

Will it be more difficult for me to gain muscle, or is it all in my head?

Any advice? Thanks!

Answers:

To be honest being natural skinny may be a advantage to your situation. With a high metabolism you will burn off fat faster, and will be able to eat more. And because of your height, and just starting off you will gain more at the start.

Sorry to tell but but one month in NOT enough time for see able results. After four months atleast you will start seeing a difference. But since your already able to see a difference in your arms in the size (definition comes from bodyfat) you are doing extremely well.

Keep on going on you will do just fine...
Good job

Hi, you should try the Anabolic Amplifier Effect created by Vince Del Monte.
Its a cycling method with which you can build up to 12lbs of pure muscle in
21 days. I have got a free report on this at the website below, check it out.
