Question: How To Lose 40lbs In 4 Months?!(im12,girl)?
okay im a 12 year old girl, before you make any nastyy comments, please READ!!
im very unhealthy right now..im 5'2,142lbs,and only 12!
i have terrible lovehandles,like NO butt! and big boobs, and my legs are gross and my calves are big! then my stomach aint huge,except love handles! and i dont really like my arms, im not toned at all! i cant find a excersize or sport i want to do ! and everytime i wanna lose weight i eat unhealthy like..the next day. i want to get down to about 100-115lbs! 2lbs a week and 10lbs a month! thats healthy! and i want excersizes for these things:
make my butt bigger , but firm
tone my stomach
get rid of my love handles
tone my legs,and thin my calves out alot!
get thinner arms
and also i have a medium frame>
now look, i NEVER go to fast food resturaunts! i just overeat when im bored..im bored alot! i like dont eat during breakfast or lunch then when i get home from achool(3:00)i just eat a BUNCH!! and then my mom cooks dinner, she eats reaaly healthy so her dinners are good, shes 120lbs and 5'5.. so ofcourse im kind of insecure about that, but i tell myself im beautiful EVERYDAY and still i wanna lose this weight now then when im older because i want to love my teen years nice/thin/and pretty because when im 60 or 70 i dont want to remember my teenage years and i was fat and not healthy,u know ? and i do this for health problems because my grandmother,aunt,and other aunt has diabites (the one ur NOT born with)
so i need tips on how to eat/when to eat
and those excersizes

You really answer your own question. You need to find an exercise that you enjoy. You need to control your eating. Join a sport team after school. Softball, volleyball something like that. You won't be a star at first, but you will be exercising, both your physical and mental health will benefit. Your post shows that you are very bright for a twelve year old, google something like "benefits of sports for girls". BTW forty pounds in four months may be a little unreasonable. Just try to be better each day.



You should maybe try going to a personal trainer who will make a dieting and exercise plan that's the best for you and for the eating a lot after school you should maybe write on your hand or put up post-it notes on your pantry and at the end of each week you can reward yourself with something that you like (clothes books etc.) if you have not eaten unnecessary snacks that week so that during the week you will have something to look forward to and a motivator to not snack. and if you still really can not lose weight then God has a plan for you and you will lose weight when he is ready for you to.
