Eating under 1000 calories.?!

Question: Eating under 1000 calories.?
Okay, so I'm NOT overweight. I am 13, 5'5 weighing 127lbs. My goal is to be 120lbs, buts its not the biggest thing on my mind so I don't really care that much. I'd just like to be it. But thats not my question. For breakfast, I eat a bowl of cheerios or special K in skim milk, a little bigger than the serving size (110 cal). I'm sure that its under 170 cal. At school, I don't get hungry, but nonetheless either have an almost full ziploc bag of grapes or an orange or an apple. I guess they are all under 200. Around 4pm, I eat a variety of food that all together are under 300 cal in two helpings with a 30 min break. (ex. ill have 200 cal at 4 and 100 at 4:30) I drink water constantly. I feel perfectly healthy and I'm never starving (as in my stomach is never grumbling) I exercise daily. I don't eat after 7. I love fruits and veggies. Yes, I do pig out once in a while, and probably get 1500 cal those days, but only sometimes. Is this really bad? BTW i am perfectly okay with my weight and am not anorexic. No sarcastic answers plz. thanks.

Great meal plan, i can say keep exercising and make sure the snacks are healthy.

I am not an expert, but under 1000 calories is NOT good for you, it slows down your metabolism which is not a good thing. I believe that the foods that you mentioned that you are eating are very healthy, but I recommend eating larger portions and some sort of meat for protein. Again I'm not an expert but for your age you absolutely have to be eating more, in the 1800-2000 range.

I only get about a handful of grapes and one little cup of yogurt everyday. that's is. and a shitload of water. :) I'm 120 lbs. I'm 16 and i'm 5'6. And the weight is dropping. Not trying to lose weight or anything, i just don't like eating.

ur healthy. 1000 calories a day will lose u 2 pounds per week. anything lower than that could be unhealthy. im 12 and am experiancing this 2

you are not doing anything bad. you are eating fruits and veggies that they are VERY important in health. but, you have to know that the normal calories that you should get for day are 2000. if you go around 1800 or 1900 its ok. but, I don't recommend you less than that. They are calories, but believe me that your body needs them for proper function.

if you get 2000 calories a day and a light workout routine, for at least 20 mins a day 5 times or 4 times a week, you don't have to worry about anything
