Question: How many calories should i have a day?
i did a calorie counter online. and it said that with moderate exercise, 5 days a week ( i plan on running and doing weights) i should be eating 1957, or about 2000 calories a day. is that a lot of calories?

Most people need between 1800 - 2500 calories a day, if they're exercising.
