How can I lose weight and shape up as much as possible by the end of April?!

Question: How can I lose weight and shape up as much as possible by the end of April?
I want to lose as much weight as possible by the time my class trip to New York City comes around. There will be nice weather and we will also be going in the pool and I want to be able to look good in a bikini. Also, senior prom is soon after this.

How can this be done? I need to go down a few sizes, but mainly just tone up and stop being so squishy..if that makes sense. I am 5'7 and around 140 pounds. (none of it is muscle unfortunately..I am very out of shape.)

All suggestions welcome. I would love some advice on what to eat for meals, especially lunch ideas for school. I am allergic to nuts and don't like meat very much. Thank you.

I have never seen a client of mine fail to lose the weight they wanted,You are 5;7 and 140 pounds. You can jog and you will never fail. no diet pills are necessary.Jog every day outside and in two weeks you will be amazed at your progress.Keep in mind start out at 15 minutes and add 1 minute per day and slowly increase your speed. If your weight has been steady at 140 pounds cut calories by 300 and watch the weight fall off in 2 weeks.Go for it.

Whatever meat you eat, steam. Eat smaller portions. Eat lots of raw fruit and veggies (no fruit from the can bathed in syrup & no veggies smothered in dressing). Be on the move. Walk, run, jump rope. Be active. Go walking or running before and after school. Pick a day once a week where you don't eat. Drink lots of warm water.

What i do to tone myself up and keep in shape, is everynight before i go to bed, i do as many push ups as i can, but that is along with going to the gym 5 times a week.

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.

(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)
