Question: Do you agree with this plan?
Hi!! I'm 14 5'4 and 95 lbs and a runner ;) I Have been of running on Monday, conditioning my legs on Tuesday, running again on Wednesday, then on Thursday I condition my arms (pull ups, pushups, no weights ;), on Friday I'll take a break and I'll run again on Saturday then work on my core on Sunday! ;) I've been doing this for a few weeks but I want to know if it's ok or too much?

It might be a little too much, but if you're sure you can handle it then go for it.
You are also very underweight for your height. Eat more. :)
