Question: Middle School FITNESS Questions. HELP?
Also, I'm not a very athletic person with P.E. Is fitness like more of aerobics and strength stuff?
Can you explain the difference between fitness and P.E?

it's not bad at all...I'm 16, and a guy, i did it fairly easily and so did almost all of the girls in my class, its mostly form not really that much strength, i know your probably saying "how many ways can u climb a rope?" well there is a few, just clamp the rope between your feet with each pull, and then use your legs to push up while you are pulling up with your arms, that is probably the easiest way. if you really want to workout for it try pull ups with a stool to use your legs to help you up at first and slowly get off the stool as you progress.
