How can I slim down my stomach?!


Question: How can I slim down my stomach?
I'm not fat, but a tad flabby... However my shoulders look like a skellyton. To slim down my stomach first I need to do like cardio and running? Then how do I get hard abs? I'm just confused about how to approach slimming down my tummy...
Also: is running at an incline better for fat burning!

Everyone has a bit of fat, and it's essential in order for us to function. Don't worry about it too much. However when trying to burn off fat, you don't get a choice as to which fat you burn off. Your body loses fat as a whole. A lot of fat is stored around your stomach and on the thighs, so that is lost first, luckily for you. Cardio is the the best way to burn calories, though I recommend throwing in some weight training and circuit training to vary it up a bit. Rowing machines, running, oliptical machines, and swimming are all fantastic ways of burning calories and helping your heart. Running at an incline is harder work on the calves, so I'd imagine it burns more calories. Not sure.

As for getting hard abs, I would recommend looking at 'DavidsFitness' on Youtube. It's a channel that puts out videos of various types of no-weight circuit exercises designed to burn calories and build lean muscle. The trainer throws in chest and leg workouts, but you can pick and choose the ab work outs from his other videos.



Incline will burn more calories in a shorter time than flat but no more effective. Do side bends with dumbells or medicine balls also cut carbs and increase protein drink plenty of water because if ur not ur body will store water as a defence. A constant flow will push it out.



Eat small portions of nutritious food.
