Question: What are some exercises that i can do for like 30 minutes a day to help me loose weight?
im 13 and obese, and i NEED to loose the weight what are some simple 30 minute exercises that i can do everyday to loose the weight?

Take a walk every day and do some weight work. Until U lose a good enough amount of weight, I wouldn't do aerobics. I would eat lean protein, lots of vegetables and some fruit and q1-2 servings of complex carbs a day. Do eat. Do not cut out any good foods, just processed low calorie foods. They do not work well because the fat and calories are replaced with sodium and sugar which actually hurt your chances of losing anything. You have to eat veggies and you have to exercise. You must move! Good luck.

Running, biking, pilates, yoga and weight training. You need both cardio and strength exercises in make a big difference - cardio to burn calories and strength to help you look leaner and more toned.

I suggest taking up a class or too (say tennis, dancing, yoga etc) A class means you get guidance on how to do things probably and can build a routine.

Remember 80% of losing weight is your diet so if you are still eating rubbish you won't lose anything.



if you only have time for 30 minute workouts, i recommend doing lots of cardio, as your goal is to lose weight, not gain muscle. to warm up, try walking/jogging for 5 minutes, then get into a little more vigorous exercise like skipping, biking, or even swimming. always remember to stretch so you dont pull any muscles. swimming is the most effective exercise for losing weight, as you work all your muscle groups, in all parts of your body. hope i was a help
