Question: Is this an effective workout schedule? im 13 and obese?
exercise: walk/jog for 30 minutes every other day(everyday sometimes)
food: eat a small breakfast. eat a tuna ham, or turkey wrap for lunch, and eat whatever is at hoime for dinner, but in a small portion. and if i get hungry, i will eat some fruit or a cheese stick, or sliced veggies.
do you think i will loose weight effectively if i did this for like 2 or 3 months?

ask ur parents to invest in a tredmile ? If not try running...and walking does help ! Just do it longer... & do more in ur workout besides walking or running :)
