Help doing bicep curls? read first?!

Question: Help doing bicep curls? read first?
I first started to bicep curl with a 10lb then went up to 20lb and now 25lb. But I'm only 16 and have a small upper body bone structure. Whenever I try to bicep curl with the 25lb, my wrist and forearm end up taking most of the work so I wont drop the dumbbell. I can easily do 4 sets of 8-10 reps but only my forearm is tighten after the workout, and not my biceps. Any solutions?
Extra: I don't have my 20lb no more, I sold it. Now I got 1 10lb and 2 25lbs.

Answers:

Sounds to me as though you need to try doing some concentration curls or preacher curls, these force you to use your bicep and rely less on your form arms. Good Luck

Look break it up into sections chest one day then shoulders then back then arms then lower body. Ask your parents to buy you some basic protein powder maybe even some creatine so you can have strength and energy for workouts. Read up on weightlifting because there are some good books out there on it.
