Hey fellow aussie,
no you aren't fat, you just weigh that much thanks to that strong muscle you have built from your active lifestyle.
Don't go off the scales, scales don't discriminate between fat and muscle, you are better off using measurements, measure your chest, waist, hips, thighs, calves, biceps and flexed biceps.

Being active means you are keeping your cardio up which burns calories which in turn burn fat, all of your sports also tone your body as well so you have nothing to worry about apart from others being envious of your physique ;)

Keep up the good work and make sure you are eating loads of food to fuel your body so it has loads of energy to burn!

happy sporting and training to you

While exercise will have your body strength and definition - it will not change your body weight much - unless you're doing *A LOT* of exercise.

If you don't want to be fat - you have to remove sugar from your diet - and if you *really* don't wanna be fat - remove starches (bread, potatoes and crackers) too.

Atkins diet.

It depends on your height :) 63 doesn't seem much, but, if you were short, then it COULD be not good, and if you were tall, then it's perfect. Don't worry about your body. You're still young! I was 64kg once, but I was short and thought I needed to change. I was 14 years old and I went on a diet and I lost a lot of pounds. Now I'm around 52kgs, but my journey to get to where I am has been difficult. I had an eating disorder, I worried about my weight a lot, I did not want to go out with friends worried that I would eat junk food, and I just drove everyone around me crazy. The best way to lose weight or just STAY fit is to exercise like you are doing and trying your best to eat healthy. Exercising is what really matters, so just keep doing what you're doing :) Good Luck.

No! I'm 250 pounds, (you're about 138) and i run at a decent speed, and I have a lot
Of stamina. And don't get tired easy.
