Question: Some exersizes i can do at work, without anyone knowing?
I am a hostess, and i was wondering if there were any easy exersizes i could do while standing at my hostess stand and no one would know? i do the butt flexing thing sometimes. [right now i do 40-80 jumping jacks every hour when i go to check the bathrooms, will that help?]

Answers:

Well depending on what kind of exersize your looking to do. I suggest working your calves, easy. While ur standing flat footeed just simply sway up to where your standing on your tippy toes then sway back down, slowly and with control, like your doing calf raises, should feel the burn after 40 go until failure.

Trying to lose weigh and keeping it off is a lifestyle. Why lose all that weigh just to gain it back. Keeping it of it what makes a lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle, choosing what you eat and how your body processes it is very important. Since everyones metabolism is different. However there are basics and guidelines which for the most part are the obvious. Combining Good exercise regimen and eating habits will get you to your goal and will allow you to keep it of if done right. It appears you probably just do alot of cardio and very little if any resistance training. Losing wieght fast is not a healthy way to lose wieght. Know if you want to lose fat and keep it off you must increase lean muscle mass. But to answer your question. You can lose wieght fast but it will most likely be water weight and come right back.
