you need to hit the weights hard in conjunction with 6 - 8 good nutritious meals a day and by doing so and increasing your overall calories on a weekly basis then the muscle will pile on - so workout at least 3 times a week ,no cardio for the time being ,so whatever calorie amount your on at present ,that's your starting point ,next week add 300 ,following week add another 300 and so on until you reach 5000 calories a day and then HOLD ,by doing this GRADUALLY then fat will not be added ,just make sure your working out on a consistent basis at the same time while eating these extra cals ,
the meals - starchy complex carbs / fibrous complex ,,oats,potatoes etc ,green veg WITH protein ,chicken ,fish,egg whites,turkey ,the birds should be cooked without the skin ,fat should be kept to a minimum,protein powders can be used to raise your protein higher



What direction are you exactly going to with "Improvement"? Weight? Muscles?

Though, i would say both. You look to skinny and physically useless. (I'm not saying that you're useless... it's just a way to describe your body). Start working out and eating more.



You look ok, but you would looks a lot better with some toning..sit ups and push-ups. Oh and a tan
