Question: A good diet plan??????
hey I'm 15 and i weigh 200 pounds but i also work out allot so its not all fat but still.
I'm looking for a good diet plan. and how many calories i should be eating a day.
I'm also having a problem finding healthy dinners and snacks so ideas for that would be nice

btw i am a guy. and don't give me crap about i shouldn't be dieting XD

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on

Your body needs minimum 1 gm of protein per pound of body weight.

So you need to consume 200gms of protein everyday.

Given below is the protein content in 100gms (3.5 oz) of some protein rich food:-
Chicken - 25 gms
Fish - 22 gms
Peanuts - 25 gms
Yoghurt/Cottage Cheese - 20 gm
Almonds - 20 gms

Also each egg contains 6gms of protein.

Eat less move more that's it it's that easy
eat 2 meals a day and try to exercise daily even if it was 15 minutes and don't feel down you're only 15 live your life as you want and eat whatever you want but make a balance :)
