What Should I do if I look anorexic but I'm not and I eat ALOT?!
Question: What Should I do if I look anorexic but I'm not and I eat ALOT?
Answers:
You could try exercising, you'll build muscle, have more of an appetite, and gain weight. This might sound counter-productive as you want to gain, not lose weight, but muscle weighs a lot so building muscles would help you gain weight and look more toned, as well as be fit. As long as you're healthy, with a good appetite and you exercise regularly, don't worry too much about your weight. You don't need to worry about what people think as long as you know you're being true to yourself and you're healthy. The main thing is that you're not doing anything to harm your body, such as taking weight-gain pills or eating high fat meals. Even though eating fatty foods may make you gain little weight, they can clog your arteries and cause heart problems later in life. Just stick to a healthy diet and exercise and your body will catch up with you can even out. Good luck!
I'm super skinny too :)
u sound like my friend. except she enjoys rubbing her skinniness in everyones faces, hecka annoying... its like dear God shut up...
ummmm eat lots and lots of protein. your body knows what weight is best for you. so eat and exercise in a healthy way and if you're meant to be bigger your body will make that happen.
good luck!
You are not eating as much as you think. Eat 6 meals a day. Eat every 2-3 hours.lots of carbs. good amount of protein.
