i exercise everyday and i missed today, is this bad?!


Question: I exercise everyday and i missed today, is this bad?
i need to lose weight and i have been exercising everyday and eating 1200 calories. im worried that i wont have a calorie deficit today without my workout.

Actually it is bad to excersie everyday, you should always give your body a day in between workouts to recooperate. You will be fine by missing a day. If you feel the need to do it everyday I would suggest on the one day do a workout and the next just take a brisk walk. 1200 calories is a very low diet, and can be unhealthy in some situations.



oh heavens no, it is not bad!! What is bad however, is that you are not allowing your body a break. You should exercise 3-4 times a week. Tone your body with weights 4 times a week. Work out two days in a row, then take a day off. That is how you should cycle. Two days on, one day off. Your body needs a day in between to rest, it is crucial to losing weight!! And honestly, 1200 calories a day is not that many. Maybe you should allow yourself 1500. Start tomorrow. Two days on, one day off and take in 1500 calories a day. Also drink 8 glasses of water a day. Do not drink pop, not even diet. And try to stay away from carbs in the PM hours. Hope this all helps!!



Yes, terrible and you'll probably die tonight. your muscles will shrivel from atrophy and in the morning you will cease to live. But seriously, no it's not a bad thing



calorie deficit at @ 1200 is kind of impossible unless youre like 80 pounds lol
