Because most of them jog and jog and jog and jog and NEVER reach their goal of keeping the weight off. They either have the so called fat gene or they just can't stop stuffing their faces with food. This is why it is "painful" to watch them jog or exercise in general. The truth hurts but someone has to say it :)
Sorry I don’t find it painful, in fact like most NORMAL people, I find it heartening when a person makes an honest effort to improve their situation. What I do find painful is knowing that there is a crap load brain dead juveniles out there asking stupid questions on the internet just like the one we have here.
It bloody well IS painful, but at least they're trying. And they're not sitting at their computer asking dumb questions about skinny people.
Because you know they're unsatisfied with their bodies :(
