Question: How to burn body fat efficiently and get my body back in shape?
By 'efficiently', I mean, an amount of exercise or dieting program I do should burn the maximum fat possible. Its possible to exercise for hours and lose fat but in small amounts. I'm looking for some techniques through which I can make the most out of the exercises or dieting programs I do. Any video tutorials will be very much appreciated. I know good things rarely come for free; so I am ready to pay for any good material if I find it worth and fairly priced. Please help me. Thanks in advance.

There is one simple method to losing weight and that is eat smaller frequent meals ie every 3-4 hours eat a small healthy meal as this will increase your metabolism and cut out all soda chips fast food etc and then exercise and drink LOADS of water (very important).

Diet pills work ok, but no real nutritional value to them and have unknown side effects depending on how long its been out on the market. It appears you probably just do alot of cardio and very little if any resistance training. Losing wieght fast is not a healthy way to lose wieght. Know if you want to lose fat and keep it off you must increase lean muscle mass. But to answer your question. You can lose wieght fast but it will most likely be water weight and come right back.
