Lose alot of weight fast?!


Question: Lose alot of weight fast?
So im 17 5'4 And i weigh 174. Last summer i weighed 130 and i would like to get my weight back down to that or even less than that by around May. What steps should i take to do this. i also workout for an hour and a half every other day

It appears you probably just do alot of cardio and very little if any resistance training. Losing wieght fast is not a healthy way to lose wieght. Know if you want to lose fat and keep it off you must increase lean muscle mass. But to answer your question. You can lose wieght fast but it will most likely be water weight and come right back. Healthy eating and exercise each day, be sure not to keep doing the same exercises over and over. Try to change it around every 2 weeks. There really aren't quick fixes that will let you keep weight off.
