How to lose weight and get tone fast?!


Question: How to lose weight and get tone fast?
I'm female, 15, 5'5, 130.5 pounds.

i lost 0.5 pounds, i don't know how.
but anyways,
my legs are chubby and you can tell cause it has like that horrible and gross look, and my booty is horrid looking.

I can't shop by myself, and when i say i want to buy something heathy my mom doesn't buy it. She only buys junk, the only healthy stuff we have is; turkey (lunch meat kind), salad, crackers, eggs and water. She won't buy skin, 1%, or 2% milk; we only have whole milk, and i heard you can gain weight with that.

She's also against working out when shes home cause my elliptical bike is really loud, and i can't run cause i'm the only one who can watch my baby sister and because we live in a horrible part of my town.

I just got myself a boyfriend i plan on being around a lot in the summer, so that means we're probably gonna go swimming a lot and i wanna look nice for him, and for me.

I would suggest the Fat X Program from the Fat X 101 site. The fat burning workout videos are free and the diet is pretty simple and easy to follow. It's been helping me lose fat, inches, and I can tell my body is more way more toned. Good luck.

Have a balanced diet, life style and start:
1.No fats.
2. Only white proteins like fish or chicken.
3. Fresh vegetables and fruits.
4. Very little bread.
5. Daily seven kilometers brisk walk/ game like tennis or swimming.
6. No white sugar or fluids/sweet dishes made from sugar.
7. Four liters fresh/ Mineral water or fresh juices, avoid Cola or sweet s

Start slow, eat right, but more importantly do things that keep your heart rate up. Dont worry about situps or any of that at this point, you will only get frustrated, some basic weightlifting will help turn some fat to muscle, but you will get the fastest results from walking/jogging/running. If you walk a few miles daily at your own pace you will see results in 6 months or so, but once you start to see results it seems to get faster and faster and you feel alot better. Eat small amounts frequently, rather than three large meals. Never skip breakfast. Include some protein in your breakfast. It will help get you through the day.

Drink plenty of water, at least 8 big glasses of water a day, and more if it is very hot, if you sweat a lot, or if you are exercising intensely, and eliminate fruit juices. Fruit juices have too many calories, so get your vitamins from fresh fruit, not the juice. You will begin to see changes in your body.
