Answers:

hey,

well the healthiest way of loosing weight is 0.5 kg per week....it can be slightly less or more depending on whats happening with ur body in that week

all these diets saying u could loose 10 kg per week are certainly a rubish, even if someone manage to loose 10 kg in a week in some rediculous way it will not last and iam sure u want to loose weight and mantain it

so i will suggest healthy diet (diet doesnt mean not eating, diest is the way we eat-thats our diet_
avoid white breads,pastas ect,sugar,diary,of corse sweets and cakes,fizzy drinks,souces,gravies...

try not eat to late...lates i would say 6pm,just mak esure u have a decent healthy meal during the day so u can still burn it but it will keep your sugar level and energy up so when u get home in the evening you will not feel like you want to eat everything that is in the fridge

drinks lots of cold water

try to work out at least 3-4 times per week for between 45-60 minutes

for example do 30 minutes of cardio than 20 minutes weight training which will be perfect for body tonning and lean muscles

and dont forget to stretch

dont overdo things otherwise u will get sick of it and u will losse motivatio

try to very your routine

if you have budget for it it woul dbe advisable to get instructor to help you a bit in the begining, and show you which excerises are good and how to do it

for abs tonning i would really recomend pilates!

end of the day its about changing life style and getting fit not about loosing 10kg a week and than gaining 20kg

so all the best

good luck

Absolutely. Two pounds a week of weight loss is perfectly attainable and does not harm the body. You have to be ready mentally before making any lifestyle changes, so make sure you know what your goals are and how you are going to reach them.
Calorie intake is the number-one part of the plan you need to focus on. Take a good, honest look at the diet you have now and make the necessary changes, such as reducing white carbs, fast food or saturated fats. Stick to nature-- fruits, veggies, lean protein and whole grains. You'll notice a significant improvement in the way you feel in less than a week. More energy, a healthier constitution, and ofcourse a feeling pride when you notice your clothes fitting looser and looser. Add daily activity and this'll enhance and speed up the process even moreso.
You can do it! You won't be sorry!

Congrats on taking the first step into your healthy lifestyle. All the areas you are talking will only trim down with healthy food choices. Machines are meant to focus/target muscle groups to tone the muscle or make it bigger/stronger. But by all means use the machines since it will increase your muscle and in return burn more calories which will help you lose burn fat. A sure way to get rid of does spots is a mix of strength training to get lean muscle and a good cardio routine to speed up the fat burning process. It appears you probably just do alot of cardio and very little if any resistance training. Losing wieght fast is not a healthy way to lose wieght. Know if you want to lose fat and keep it off you must increase lean muscle mass. But to answer your question. You can lose wieght fast but it will most likely be water weight and come right back. I can tell you how if you interested. Hit me up on my youtube account
