Answers:

wow pretty healthy! keep on the good work :] (though for dinner i think 1 egg is enough ^^)

how long have you been following this diet??

That sounds fine but all your meals are quite small and that's ok but I would suggest just for one or two meals you have something slightly more substantial. You can still be healthy but you're going to end up being really hungry. For example, in the morning you could have granola and natural yogurt or some muesli and then add some more fruit into it. And for your evening meal (and i really suggest you do this, it's important you have one good sized meal) you have something like grilled chicken, new potatoes and a vegetable, or fish, like salmon or cod. You can still be healthy like this, try a pasta dish with low fat sauce, roast some vegetables in the oven and add them in. Just so you don't feel starved.
Other than that it's okay, but don't go too crazy on the crunches and squats, exercise is good, but it's important to let your body relax too :)

You should use acomplia, it is the best about it you can get information from here http://cadmedans51.notlong.com/AA9E5xW

Definitley not enough, you'll start losing muscle, instead of gaining it. :)

You need a big breakfast, it gives you your energy for the whole day, 300-400 calories for breakfast is good (omlette and oatmeal, or cereal and toast.. although you should try to get some protein, and a piece of fruit)
As for lunch, a sandwich on whole grain bread with ham or tuna, or egg salad.. something like that, with a small cookie or muffin is okay :)

Dinner needs protein, and veggies, and carbs. Balanced! Make a little more than 1/3 of your plate veggies, 1/3 protein, and 1/4ish carbs such as rice, or pasta.

Snacks you should have 2 a day: Low fat cheese, fruit of any kind, veggies with dip, granola bars (try to make it as organic as possible.. read the ingredients and if you can't pronounce more than 5.. dont eat it haha) popcorn, pretzel sticks (reduced sodium), a boiled egg.. etc.

Drinks: at LEAST 8 glasses of water a day, if I dont drink enough water, working out makes me feel like I'm going to pass out.. water is VERY important. Skim milk 2-3 glasses is good, I have smoothies all the time made with 1 C. Milk, 1 C. Frozen fruit, and a little sweetener. Try to avoid fruit juices unless they're completley natural, they're usually FULL of added sugar, just eat a piece of fruit instead. Try to limit pop OR coffee OR tea a day, to 2 cups altogether.

Good luck love!

Not totally bizzar, but may use some heavy-duty improving. As with most of my consults,I tend to suggest the vegetarian diet as a best choice.I can attest to its remarkability.I don't quite,at all, know your size or metabolism;being limited to such knowledge,it must be noted that diet & exercise are prime in toning or becoming fit.
Aim for two to three pick-me-up fruits in the AM,a vegetable & water(no dairy):no meat throughout the day;sports exercise(train);with your biggest meal at dinner-before 7ish(or when it gets dark in your locale). Now I say sports exercise to mean pick-up on training techniques always.Indeed, you may run sprint &/or jog.Running tones like most do not believe!Just pick days & do it often.

I studied Bob Arnot's nutrition(without completion to the nutrition course degree);I am eighteen years vegetarian with much success & peers' feedback
