Question: Am I at a healthy weight?
I am 14 years old and weigh 97 lbs. I am 5'3". Am I at a healthy weight or do I need to lose or gain weight?

Answers:

It couldnt hurt to gain a little, but ask your parents how they were when they were young because they could've just been skinny too. Make sure that you aren't losing weight tho bc under 100 is very low for someone over 5'2".



You could afford to gain weight, but it sounds like you're doing just fine.

On another note, 14 IS TOO YOUNG TO BE WORRIED ABOUT ONE'S WEIGHT. If you are still growing (which, at 14, you are), then you shouldn't be thinking about your weight at all unless your doctor tells you to do so.



Something most doctors will say is gain weight cuz that's to low for a 14 year old
My doctor tells me I need to gain weight cuz I'm 14 5' 6 and 105lbs. So if he tells me that then I'm Pretty sure yours is gonna tell you to haha good luck gaining weight

anything under 105 at 5'3" is considered underweight. so you need to gain weight



I'm 13 and I weigh 92 and stuff and they tell me to gain more so I'm like 100 but injust like stay Ning this waight
