Can i take protein whey (chocolate drink or brownies) as an alternative food?!

Question: Can i take protein whey (chocolate drink or brownies) as an alternative food?
Can it be use as a food substitute? (High-protein diet, replacing 1 or 2 meals a day)

Maintenance for an achieved fit body? (Minimal workout)

Please don't give me a lecture about fitness and its way in our universe, I just wan't to clarify my questions. Thank you

Answers:

yes Julian as long as you take in around 200 g of protein a day while keeping the carbs (30 -50 g) low then your storage fat will be used for energy ,to retain muscle at the same time then just 2 low volume strength workouts is sufficient, just make sure the whey is low carb, low fat,low sugar etc...

It appears you probably just do alot of cardio and very little if any resistance training. Losing wieght fast is not a healthy way to lose wieght. Know if you want to lose fat and keep it off you must increase lean muscle mass. But to answer your question. You can lose wieght fast but it will most likely be water weight and come right back. I can tell you how if you interested. Hit me up on my youtube account
