Question: What should I do if I can't stop myself from snacking on bad foods?
So ALL DAY I had been so healthy, but since it's a friday I just started putting thoughts into my mind like yess weekend and then once I started seeing junky food around I started eating it :(
And I can't get rid of that kind of food because I'm at boarding school,

well start by telling yourself that you CAN stop yourself- self belief is key to self motivation.
remember the consequences of snacking on junk, are they worth it? do something else to distract yourself.
sounds a little extreme, but if you really want to be healthy / lose weight, be tough on yourself.
