Diet pills work ok, but no real nutritional value to them and have unknown side effects depending on how long its been out on the market. It appears you probably just do alot of cardio and very little if any resistance training. Losing wieght fast is not a healthy way to lose wieght. Know if you want to lose fat and keep it off you must increase lean muscle mass. But to answer your question. You can lose wieght fast but it will most likely be water weight and come right back. a good substitution for meat is to use quorn mince which had hardly no fat whatsoever!
