Question: Help! I need to lose weight.?
I have got a school prom coming up in June and I need to lose enough weight to be able to fit into the dress as well as look good in it. I am definitely deter mind to do so but the problem is that I love food to much(especially junk food) and can't seem to go on a proper diet. I am getting a wii in a few weeks along with the Just dance games and I was wondering if that coupled with healthy eating( not a strick diet) will shift the unwanted pounds.

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.


(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)



well this all depends on how much you need to lose. 1 was 160 5'5"and lost 17 lbs in 6 weeks. You have to want it and have determination or its never going to happen. I love eating junk and more junk and being lazy more than anything, but i did it and was never so proud of myself. You have to believe in yourself!!! Eat lots ans lots of baked chick breast with seasoning, you can eat all the veggies you want, cooked or not...do not dip. Eat fruit for a treats throughout the day!!! Drink tons and tons of water and try not to eat salt. But the most important thing is to work out alot! Buy a video, use your wii, walk a cupple miles as fast as you can, weight lifting is really good! You can do it, just remember working out ALOT and really hard is what is going to make you drop the weight really fast!!

My own experience



Join a weight loss club such as Weight Watchers - having the discipline of standing on the scales in front of somebody else every week means you're less likely to stray and they usually give very good advice on ways to cut down on the calories without being hungry, All Weight Watchers class leaders have been in the same situation as you are now, have lost their weight, kept it off, are a real ad for how it really works, and understand what you are going through. I'm not recommending Weight Watchers over any other slimming club it's just the one I go to but I know other people who have used Slimming World, Rosemary Conley and the Herbalife Community Weight Loss challenge with equal success. It's all about finding which one suits you and sticking with it. Good luck, I'm sure with a bit of determination you will do it and look fab at your prom in June.

Using the Wii three or four times a week plus healthy eating will shift the weight in know time, but don't be too mean to yourself you can have a little junk food once in a while just make sure you do some form of exercise, why not try jogging on the spot, squats and jumping jacks when your favourite programme is on an ad break. use the wii, but, also , go for a 30 min. walk, every day, and try to jog, some as you walk.. but, remember to wear some "running shoes", with a cushioned sole.
