Answers:

You really did not eat enough. You ate pretty healthy, which is good, but, you need a minimum of 850 calories a day for basic nutrition, and, those calories have to be very, very carefully selected.

The exercise is good: walking burns 500 calories an hour (brisk walking). A pound is 3500 calories, so, an hour walk a day will make you lose 1 lb a week, with no other changes. Your target is 1 to 2 lbs per week (any faster, and it will come right back).

One of the difficulties with not eating enough is that your body goes into starvation mode, and shuts down your metabolism. You need to reduce intake, yes, but too much, and your body simply adjusts to the new lower level, and then you are back to square one.

So, you can up the intake a bit, but, keep the healthy food, and the exercise, and you should do really well.

Eat more. You burned probably almost all of that off after exercising, and your intake was already unhealthily low. Eat ~1500 calories (depends on your body) and exercise but DON'T go so low.

You're not eating enough, at the VERY least you should be taking 1500 calories with that amount of working out, you're going to make yourself ill.

You should never go under 900 calories a day. It is almost impossible to get a balanced diet at such a low number.

ya u ate healthy but u should eat more 1500 calories and workout

amiture bodybuilder

You need more protein.

just a little more but don't over do it but you do need to eat a bit more!

That is way too little. This is not healthy for your body!
