Question: How many calories is this?
Breakfast/lunch:
1 large egg white (ONLY the white, no yolk - fried in nothing)
Medium Sliced Brown/Wholemeal bread (96kcals)

A sunday dinner consisting of:
A handful of mashed potato
A Quorn piece (90kcal)
A carrot or two
A large portion of peas
Gravy

Drinks:
Two cans of 7UP free (no sugar, low cal- 6/7 cal each)

Please answer!

Answers:

1 egg white = 16 calories
Bread = 96 calories
A handful of mashed potatoes = 98 calories
Quorn piece = 90 calories
A carrot medium sized carrot = 25 calories
Peas = 117 calories
Gravy = 120 calories

2 cans of seven-up = 14 calories

Total: 576 calories (Too little, you should have at least 1200 calories)

And you can drink diet soda, and you DO count calories in vegetables. They aren't "negative calories" you don't burn more calories when you eat vegetables, or all rabbits would have been dead by now.

never ever drink soda when you are on a diet because it bloats you. don't count veggies. egg whites are the best things you could ever eat on a diet. mash potatoes are the only thing you need to consider because of all the butter. the best thing is chicken with little healthy seasoning and a salad with fresh steamed broccoli or peas. it tastes better then it sounds. sorry for the bad spelling right now. :P
