2.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5rdPvQpyf… calf workout if my calves look like this you can get yours like that too,
3.Running in place as fast as you can, or doing sprints help with faster movement perhaps try insanity?
4.breathing in the nose and out the mouth helps with cramps and gets more oxygen to your muslces as well as filtering the air you are breathing in.

1. Clapping pushup work a few more muscles than conventional pushups. They work the biceps and a few more muscles in the back.

2. Calf raisers are great for your calfs. You can do those by standing on the edge of a stair on your toes, and raising yourself up and down only using your calfs. Another way is just basic jumping or jumping jacks.

3. The only way to kick and punch faster, is to practice kicking and punching. If this is in any way related to MMA, its not how fast you kick, but how hard you kick and also the placement of that kick.

4. The "hiss" made while exercising or fighting is used to control breathing and yes, it is very helpful.

1. If you are just trying to become more fit, the push-up clap is unnecessary. Just do regular sets of pushups (4 sets of around 20 pushups) every day
2. Run. Running for 30+ minutes every day will improve your lung capacity, the strength of your legs and lower you body fat percentage (making you look jacked for beach season :])
3. As for punching, get a punching bag, shadow box (punch air with quick jabs), and the push ups will make you stronger
4. When you do pushups, you should inhale while going down, then exhale when you push back up

When you run, just breath naturally
Also, you should do some core-work (abs) like crunches and situps.
Don't forget to stretch, hydrate, and eat well!
